KEYSS Project Cofounder and Enabler of Social Innovation with a decade-long career in entrepreneurship, innovation and social enterprises.

Dr. Sarah Ghaleb is the KEYSS Project Cofounder and the Head of Business Incubation and Training Programs at the Saudi Aramco Entrepreneurship Center (Wa’ed), with a decade-long career in entrepreneurship, innovation and social enterprises. 

Sarah began her career in the US, evaluating evidence-based programming for public charter schools in the District of Columbia through a Department of Education grant. Active in social entrepreneurship both internationally and domestically, she has delivered the US-Saudi Women’s Forum on Social Entrepreneurship, an initiative that introduced social entrepreneurship to women in the Kingdom through a US Department of State grant program. 

She additionally cofounded Naqa’a Sustainability Solutions, one of the first social enterprises in Saudi Arabia, while serving as SGM of Education and Poverty Alleviation Initiatives at Community Jameel -- ALJ Group’s CSR arm.
