The total learning hours per track are 2 to 4 hours per day. Each day’s activities will be posted at 9 a.m. The participant is expected to complete the activities sometime between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.
You will receive an email prior to July 5 (before the start of the session) in which you will find a link to register for the camp. After that, you will have access to the learning materials for each day.
Tracks will be open up to three days after the beginning of the camp session.
We recommend registering for the targeted age because the activities are specifically developed for the ages of the children. Families can make the final choice in selecting the track. However, weekly challenges are only open to participants of the recommended age group.
Each registration is for one child and will allow for one submission for the challenges and activities.
2020 Ithra Summer Camp offers a kit that includes materials for the tracks of World Art and World Inventions. You will have the option to purchase the kit through Jarir's website (link is found in the Summer Camp website).
No. The activity kit purchased through Jarir Bookstore is not required. Options for materials that can be found at home or readily available at a local store are recommended per track. Upon registration, the caregivers will receive a recommended list of materials as part of the booklet.
