Hussein AlMohasen was born in Qatif in 1971 and has been active as an artist in the Gulf region since the late 1990s. He is deeply influenced by Arabic poetry and music. He participated in the fifth edition of 21,39 Jeddah Arts –  Refusing to be Still (2018).
