Dr. Yazan Hijazi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience leading multi-million-dollar projects resulting in propriety technologies for the US Air Force, Seagate Technologies, and the US Nuclear Safety Agency. He has been honored by the US government as an expat with extraordinary abilities for his work in developing innovative applications in the fields of Nano-technology, Data Storage & Superconductivity. Over 20 years he assumed the role of scientist, professor, executive director, entrepreneur and consultant across several industry verticals including technology R&D, academia and financial services. His expertise converges at the intersection of technology, business innovation, leadership, and human potential. His mission is to support individuals illuminate their greatness, and to help organizations unlock and sustain competitive advantage by operationalizing innovation and activating the Human Element. He is a certified practitioner in NLP, Timeline Therapy, Emergenetics, and Human-Centered Design and regularly advises organizations and speaks worldwide on Innovation Capacity Building, Creativity & Design Thinking, Transformational Leadership, High-Performance Teams, and Cultural Transformation. Dr. Hijazi is currently director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Al-Hussein Technical University (HTU) in Amman, Jordan; he is a visiting professor at IE School of Human Sciences and Technology in Madrid, Spain and runs a human development and innovation advisory firm called Human Engineering servicing clients worldwide. Dr. Hijazi lived in five countries and speaks Arabic, English, Spanish, and Italian fluently.
