In this 5-day workshop, participants will understand photography concepts, lighting and post production, as well as be able to take and produce proper images.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
• Introduction to Photography
• The Digital Camera (types of cameras and sensors)
• RAW vs Jpeg Images
• Lenses: Different ways to see the world.
• Exposure: The holy triad (Aperture, Shutter speed, ISO)
• Aperture and selective focus
• Shutter speed: Motion or stillness in an image
• White Balance
• Shooting modes for creative purposes.
Workshop Level: Beginner
Workshop Prerequisites: Each student is responsible for bringing his or her own camera kit and laptop.
Trainer: Tatan Zuleta
Tatan Zuleta is an internationally published and Award winnning portrait and fashion photographer based in Miami (US). He started his carreer as a photographer in 2010. In 2012 he started developing his skills as a High End Retoucher to add more character to his work. In 2013 he won the Photoshop World Photo Contest hosted by Viewbug.com and sponsored by the former NAPP (National Assotiation of Photoshop Professionals) as the Grand Winner over 3,700 entrees. In 2017 he was nominated and winner of the “Best Fashion Photographer New Era” granted by the Valle del Cauca’s Fashion Committee in Colombia.
In 2018 he became part of the Brand Ambassadors for Paul C. Buff, which is a lighting equipment brand based in USA with more than 20 years of experience in the Lighting field. That same year for the first time he became a spokesman at one of the biggest photography conferences in the United States: ImaginUSA.
